Our Founder

Meet our Founder, an accomplished Lecturer at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana. With a PhD in Nursing from the University of Alberta, Canada, and a Newborn Care Specialist Certification from the USA, our Founder brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. With 18 years in neonatal health care and education, they are a respected Country Representative for the Council of International Neonatal Nurses (COINN) and serve as the Faculty Chair of Neonatal Intensive Nursing at the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives (GCNM). Their research in neonatal health integrates African philosophy with innovative research approaches, focusing on neonatal survival strategies in rural and resource-limited communities in Ghana. As a registered Scholar with the Institute of Qualitative Methodology (IIQM), Canada, and a distinguished member of Sigma Theta Tau International, our Founder's commitment to academic excellence is further highlighted by their honorary memberships in international programs.

Our organization is led by a dedicated Lecturer at the School of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Ghana. With 18 years of experience in neonatal healthcare and education, including a PhD in Nursing and Newborn Care Specialist Certification, our founder’s expertise forms the cornerstone of our services.

Our services encompass a holistic approach, including breastfeeding support, maternal nutrition monitoring, and education on simultaneous and sequential breast expression. We specialize in umbilical cord care, newborn skin care, developmental care, and weight monitoring. Our dedication extends to health education, product supply, and seamless coordination with health facilities and social protection networks.
